Terms and Conditions

We have tried to keep these terms and conditions as clear as possible.

Please note that once ordered, if for any reason you decide to cancel, we will give you a refund, less £50 (admin costs), right up to 5 weeks before your wedding date.  If you decide to cancel within 5 weeks of your wedding date then unfortunately we are unable to give any refund.

We order your wedding flowers approximately 14 working days before your wedding date, dependent on type of flower chosen, therefore no changes or refunds can be made after this date. We will, however be able to make small changes e.g. numbers of buttonholes / corsages.

We require a signature when you receive your flowers to say that they have arrived in perfect condition and that the number of items are correct. Any queries must be raised within 1 hour of delivery.

Failure to deliver (never happened!) will result in Blossom Florists Ltd be responsible for the full refund of the payment received by Blossom Florists Ltd.  Will are unable to be responsible for any additional costs incurred or any compensation for lack of delivery.


As fresh flowers are a living product there are occasions that a particular flower may be unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to source the product sometimes we are physically unable to use a particular flower. All fresh flowers are subject to availability and stringent quality checks. Blossom reserves the right to use a similar flower in place of the previously chosen flower.  This may also result in slight changes of colours previously agreed.  Please also note that as a living product, colours, textures and sizes and general appearance may also be subject to change.  This can be due to weather conditions and other external factors. 

We cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver due to severe weather conditions or vehicle breakdown or accident.

Obviously we cannot be held anyway responsible for any injury or illness caused by the products we supply.

Final payments

Weddings - Final payment is due 5 weeks before the wedding. Blossom reserves the right to cancel any wedding flowers, if payment is not made by the due date. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.


A binding contract will be entered into upon receipt of deposit.
All products remain the property of Blossom until paid for in full.

 Cancel contract by you

The remaining balance is non-refundable once paid.
