Flexible: Do I have to have my flowers exactly as they are shown on your site?

Flexible:

No your flowers do not have to be exactly as shown. You may like a top table arrangement but want Gerberas and Freesias instead. There is a comments box where you can state such changes. We are flexible and will try to accomodate all your ideas. If you order online, your credit card is not charged until your order has been reviewed so we will check that all is OK first.

Notice:

From 2 weeks to 2 years! People like to order a year or 18 months ahead so that it's done and another task off the list. Others arrange their weddings at short notice. Obviously as much notice as possible is desirable to iron out any queries but we can supply flowers with as little as 2 weeks notice. Which ever way you would like to order your bridal flowers, we will be in touch over the phone to ensure your requirements are met to our best ability.

Amendments:

We are experienced florists and understand that Brides to be can change their minds. We realise that you may want to add a buttonhole or take off a table arrangement, we can cope with that up to 2 weeks prior to you Essex wedding. After that we may be able to alter but won't be able to refund as we would have already ordered the flowers glassware etc.

Set Up:


Yes, we will deliver and set up any venue wedding table centres required. We will liase with your Essex wedding venue on timings etc. There is no additional cost for this.

Glassware:

No, all glassware and mirrors are included in the price and are for you to keep unless you have selected to hire.  In this instance we will arrange to collect from the venue on the next working day.

Payment:

No, Our wedding flower specialist will review your order, check to see if you have requested a payment plan and check that Blossom Florists can fulfil your order as requested. We may call to discuss your wedding requirements and any payment plan you have requested. We will then process your credit card accordingly.

Payment Plan:

Yes you can spread the total cost over 4 payments

Button Holes:

Yes, your button holes and corsages will be supplied with pins

Delivery:

We deliver to most of Essex including Braintree, Brentwood, Billericay, Basildon, Rayleigh, Wickford, South Woodham Ferrers, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon and Witham. We also deliver to most of the towns and villages around these areas. Call or email us if you are unsure

Timings:


This is up to you, but generally we will deliver your bridal flowers 2 to 4 hours before your wedding. The same applies to the venues but obviously this is down to you and we will respond to any particular timings you require.

Bespoke

Of course, we can't show you every design of Bridal flowers or colours for your Essex wedding, but we do offer a bespoke wedding service. You may have seen something you already like or have a tight budget and need to see what we can do for you. Availability:

99% of the time we are available.  We are unable to do 3 days either side of and including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day and a week before and including Christmas day.  We will always contact you immediately your order has been received and reviewed to advise you if we can't handle your order.
